October 2023 Synergy and Microsoft Workshop

Thank you to everyone who attended our Microsoft Teams and Windows 11 workshop on 19 October 2023. The workshop focused on various aspects of Microsoft Teams, including using Teams within Teams, exploring chat features, discussing different meeting types, and showcasing additional applications within Teams. It aimed to enhance participants' knowledge about Teams beyond the basics.

Session 2 focused on the lesser-known application within Microsoft 365 called "Lists." The session explained the versatile uses of Lists, from asset management to travel tracking and approvals. Participants learned about default Lists provided by Microsoft and how to customize them to improve business or classroom operations. The session also introduced the use of Power Automate to further extend these features.
